目的:研究鸡血藤提取物SSCE体内抗肿瘤作用及机制。方法:采用小鼠移植性Lew is肺癌模型,观察SSCE体内的抑瘤效应,抗转移作用,并通过检测细胞周期及细胞凋亡情况探讨其抑瘤作用机制。结果:低剂量SSCE对小鼠Lew is肺癌的抑制率最高,为28.6%,同时具有抗转移作用,作用细胞周期为G1期,凋亡率各组无显著性差异。结论:鸡血藤SSCE提取物具有直接抗肿瘤及抗转移作用,其作用周期为G1期。
Objective: To study the antitumor effect and mechanism of spatholobus extract SSCE in vivo. Methods: Mouse model of Lew is lung cancer was used to observe the anti-tumor effect and anti-metastasis effect of SSCE in vivo. The anti-tumor mechanism of SSCE was explored by detecting cell cycle and apoptosis. RESULTS: Low-dose SSCE had the highest inhibitory rate of 28.6% in Lew is lung cancer mice with anti-metastatic effect and G1 cell cycle. The apoptotic rate was not significantly different in all groups. Conclusion: SSCE extracts of Millettia have direct anti-tumor and anti-metastasis effects, and its period of action is G1 phase.
