本文通过对我市医疗机构2012~2014年绩效考核体系中效益管理(床位效率指数)、医疗质量(DGRS分组原理)、护理质量、感染管理(抗菌药物使用)、服务质量(医德医风)等指标进行数据的收集整理,回顾性地分析了结合医院的发展战略目标,建立关键性绩效指标及调整相应绩效指标的权重的实践与运用,对于贫困地区以公益性为核心的公立医院建立有效的绩效评价体系提供借鉴与参考。“,”To establish the key performance evaluation index and adjustable weighting of correspondence evaluation index combined with development strategy goal of hospital in practice and application;Meanwhile, to offer ideas and reference for public hospital in poverty areas when they establishing useful performance evaluation system by retrospective analysis of performance evaluation system data collected from medical institution of our city in 2012-2014. Index of effectiveness management (sickbed work efficiency), quality of medical service (DGRS grouping principle), quality of nurse care, infection management (antimicrobial use) and quality of service (medical ethics and moral cultivation) were collected.
