采用均匀设计实验法对金莲花中荭草甙的提取工艺进行探讨,经二项指标综合评价,得出最佳工艺为:水提两次,第一次加水14倍,煎煮90分钟;第二次加水12倍煎煮60分钟,醇沉浓度为80%。
The uniform design experiment method was used to study the extraction technology of tardive glycosides from Trollius chinensis. After the comprehensive evaluation of the two indexes, the best technology was as follows: water twice, the first time adding water 14 times and boiling for 90 minutes; Twice decoction with boiling water for 60 minutes, alcohol concentration of 80%.
