肝的病变,主要反映在以下几个方面:(1)疏泄失常,气机逆乱,精神情志改变;(2)肝不藏血,全身失养,筋膜失濡;(3)肝经循行部位受阻。在妇产科疾病诊治中,从肝辨治具有举足轻重的地位,临床需要注意辨明其在气、在血,属阴、属阳,属寒、属热,属虚、属实,做出进一步的判断。
