采用液氮冷冻与中药结合的方法治疗常年性鼻炎，随访1年以上的280例，总有效率97.1％。提出用液氮冷冻鼻中隔前上方、鼻丘或下鼻甲，方法简单易行、效果好。口服中药小青龙汤可提高机体免疫力，巩固疗效，减少复发。
The treatment of perennial rhinitis by liquid nitrogen freezing combined with traditional Chinese medicine was followed up for more than one year and the total effective rate was 97.1%. It is proposed to use liquid nitrogen to freeze the nasal septum before the top, nasal or inferior turbinate, the method is simple and effective, good effect. Oral Chinese small dragon soup can improve the body immunity, consolidate the efficacy and reduce recurrence.
