新媒体信息技术的发展,促进了“微课”的兴起和使用。运动训练专业作为一门体育类复合型、应用型专业,对于技术水平与实践应用能力,都有着很高的要求,传统的讲授学习方式在信息量、学生能力培养以及手段、技术上都受到了很大的限制。基于“微课”的研究及其对游泳训练认知结构,学生学习兴趣及学习方式的影响,文章探讨了将“微课”教学模式引入运动训练专业的教学中,不仅能够丰富游泳专业课堂教学内容,还能够激发学生主动学习的行为,为游泳专业教学手段的创新提供了探索性研究。
