我国现行公务员工资制度存在结构不合理、调控能力弱、缺乏科学界定的标准等较多问题,严重影响了公务员队伍的积极性和社会对政府的信任度。我国政府需要对此进行改革和调整,依据各地各部门的实际情况重新规范,并从法律上加以规定,确保公务员的工资水平在社会上处于合适的地位。
The existing civil servant salary system in our country has many problems such as irrational structure, weak regulation and control ability and lack of scientificly defined standards, seriously affecting the enthusiasm of the civil servants and the social trust in the government. The Chinese government needs to reform and adjust this system according to the actual conditions of various localities and regularize it and make it legally necessary to ensure that the wage level of civil servants is in a suitable position in the society.
