新农村综合体是四川省委在总结新农村建设经验基础上提出的新要求,比新农村建设和示范片建设起点更高、标准更高、要求更高。本文介绍了新农村综合体提出的背景、基本概念和功能定位,阐述了其特征和要素,归纳了新农村综合体的规划方法和思路,以四川省西充县凤鸣镇双龙桥新农村综合体建设规划为例,介绍了新农村综合体建设的具体应用,最后对当前新农村综合体建设中应注意的问题进行了总结。 The new rural complex is a new requirement put forth by Sichuan Provincial Party Committee on the basis of summarizing the experience of building new rural areas. It has a higher starting point and higher standard and higher requirements than the construction of new rural areas and demonstration projects.
