最近微博上面流传了一句很火的话:“别跟我谈理想,我上班就是为了挣钱,我的理想是不上班!”。目前对于企业来说,处于中流砥柱的是这样一个特殊的群体—新生代。他们渐渐地从大学毕业,进入各行各业,成为建设美好社会的中坚力量,吸引众多学者们的关注。本文重点研究如何提高新生代员工忠诚度,引入赫茨伯格的双因素理论视角,对问题进行了详细的讨论,最后给企业提出了相关建议。
The most recent microblogging circulated a very fire words: “Do not talk to me the ideal, I go to work is to earn money, my ideal is not to work!” At present, for enterprises, in the mainstay is such a special group - Cenozoic.
