近年来,我国城镇化进程不断加快,工业化脚步越来越快,煤炭工业得到了迅速发展,但是一个行业的迅速发展自然免不了会出现问题,在此过程中,我国部分煤炭企业安全标准不达标、生产不合理等,造成工人矛盾激增,社会不稳定因素增加。本文对如何推动我国煤炭企业组织变革过程中一些重难点问题进行了简要分析。
In recent years, the process of urbanization in our country is accelerating, the pace of industrialization is getting faster and faster, the coal industry has been developed rapidly, but the rapid development of an industry will inevitably lead to problems. In this process, some coal enterprises in our country do not meet the safety standards, Irrational production, etc., resulting in the surge of contradictions among workers and the increase of social instability. This article briefly analyzes how to promote some important and difficult issues in the process of organizational change in China’s coal enterprises.
