目的:探索情景教学法和简易OSCE相结合在内科护理学实践课教学中应用的效果。方法:随机抽取2个班级学生,随机分组,实验组59人采用情景教学法和简易OSCE,对照组76人采用传统讲授法。比较两组学生对教学过程的满意度和期末实践课考核成绩。结果:实验组对教学过程的满意度和考核成绩明显高于对照组。结论:采用情景教学法和简易OSCE相结合在内科护理学实践课教学中效果好,可以提高学习成绩。
Objective: To explore the effect of the combination of situational teaching and simple OSCE in the teaching of practical course of internal medicine nursing. Methods: Two classes of students were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups. 59 students in the experimental group adopted the situational teaching method and the simple OSCE while 76 in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The two groups of students compared the satisfaction of the teaching process and the end of the practical examination results. Results: The experimental group’s satisfaction with the teaching process and test scores were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: The combination of situational teaching and simple OSCE has good effect in the teaching of practical nursing science, which can improve the academic performance.
