通过对渭河2003年8月、2005年10月两场洪水的实地调查和对历次较大漫滩洪水实测资料的分析,探讨了渭河洪灾的主要成因,从洪水演进特性、河床冲淤演变、三门峡水库运用与潼关高程变化等几个方面论证了洪水灾害的形成机理。结合渭河下游现状,提出了防汛对策:①将南山支流的管理纳入渭河管理体系;②加强滩区综合治理,增大滩地过流能力;③采取有效措施降低潼关高程;④加强水土保持工程建设;⑤调水调沙;⑥加强非工程措施建设。
Through the field investigation of two floods of Weihe River in August 2003 and October 2005 and the analysis of the measured data of the floodplain in the past, the main causes of flood in Weihe River are discussed. From the characteristics of flood evolution, the evolution of riverbed erosion and erosion, Reservoir utilization and changes in the elevation of Tongguan several aspects demonstrated the formation mechanism of flood disaster. Combined with the status quo of the lower reaches of the Weihe River, flood control measures are put forward: (1) Nanshan tributary management is included in the Weihe river management system; (2) Intensified flood control and beach area overcurrent enhancement; (3) Effective measures to reduce the elevation of Tongguan; (4) ⑤ water and sediment regulation; ⑥ strengthen the construction of non-engineering measures.
