一、概况建造一艘船舶,所用管道数量相当可观,万吨级船舶的管系长度可达30公里,其维修工作量约占船舶总维修工作量25%。海水对钢材的腐蚀本来就很严重,加上海水中的固体颗粒,增加了对钢管内壁磨损,沉积在管壁上便引起隙缝腐蚀。长期来,船舶管系采用增加壁厚或内壁镀锌来延长使用寿命,但是使用2~3年后就会产生内壁腐蚀并多处穿孔。为了解决海水对管壁的腐蚀与磨损,在钢管内壁涂敷一层塑料层,有很好的使用效果。

In order to solve the corrosion and wear of seawater on the pipe wall, a plastic layer is coated on the inner wall of the steel pipe, which has good effect.
