据国外报导,在大豆开花前至成熟期施用一定剂量的3-(2-吡啶基)-丙醇有显著的增产效果。因此,我们同我校元素有机化学研究所激素组合作,于1978年对此植物生长调节剂进行了研究。一、材料和方法 (一) 材料本研究所用的植物生长调节剂是我校元素有机化学研究所激素组合成的3-(2-吡啶基)-丙醇(代号为78401),其结构式为: According to foreign reports, the application of certain dose of 3- (2-pyridyl) -propanol before flowering to maturity of soybean has a significant yield increase effect. Therefore, we cooperated with the hormone group of the Institute of Elemental Organic Chemistry of our school to study the plant growth regulator in 1978. I. Materials and Methods (I) Materials The plant growth regulator used in this study is 3- (2-pyridyl) -propanol (code-named 78401) made by the Institute of Elemental Organic Chemistry with the following formula:
