研究了Fe—11.3%Cr—2.88%C白口铸铁的组织形貌与碳化物类型。经能谱、X射线、电子衍射及金相分析表明:该合金的主要抗磨相为六方结构的(Cr·Fe·Mo)_7C_3型复合碳化物;经淬火和回火后的组织为在强韧的回火马氏体(或回火屈氏体)的连续基体上孤立匀称地分布着菊花团状的高硬度共晶碳化物(Cr·Fe·Mo)_7C_3。
The microstructure and carbide types of Fe-11.3% Cr-2.88% C white cast iron were studied. The results of energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction and metallographic analysis show that the main wear-resistant phase of this alloy is (Cr · Fe · Mo) _7C_3 composite carbides with hexagonal structure. After quenching and tempering, Rough tempered martensite (or tempered troostite) continuous matrix isolated or distributed uniformly distributed with high-hardness chrysanthemum carbide eutectic carbide (Cr · Fe · Mo) _7C_3.
