目的:比较不同方法加工炮制的熟地黄饮片的补血作用。方法:采用环磷酰胺和盐酸苯肼结合法进行血虚模型的建立,分别设立空白组、模型组、阿胶补血口服液组、传统酒炖组和产地加工饮片炮制一体化组,每组给药体积均为0.02 mL·g~(-1),后三者的给药剂量分别为10 mL·kg~(-1),3.75,3.75 g·kg~(-1)。以全血外周血象、脏器指数和血清中促红细胞生成素(EPO)含量为指标对不同方法加工的熟地黄的补血作用进行综合评价。结果:与模型组相比,各给药组红细胞数目均较显著性升高(P<0.01);产地加工饮片炮制一体化组较显著性升高白细胞和血红蛋白(P<0.01),EPO(P<0.01)恢复至正常水平;传统酒炖组显著升高白细胞(P<0.05),EPO(P<0.05)恢复至正常水平;产地加工饮片炮制一体化组显著升高了胸腺指数(P<0.01),传统酒炖组明显升高了胸腺指数(P<0.05)。与空白组相比,模型组小鼠各指标均呈现显著性差异;与阿胶补血口服液组相比,产地加工饮片炮制一体化组明显升高了血红蛋白(P<0.05);与传统酒炖组相比,产地加工饮片炮制一体化组血红蛋白较显著性升高(P<0.01)。结论:不同方法加工的熟地黄饮片均有一定的补血作用,产地加工饮片炮制一体化组的熟地黄饮片略优于传统酒炖组,且该加工工艺具有一定的可行性。
Objective: To compare the blood-processing effect of cooked Radix Rehmanniae Decoction prepared by different methods. Methods: The blood deficiency model was established by the combination of cyclophosphamide and phenylhydrazine hydrochloride. The blank group, the model group, the Ejiao Buxue oral liquid group, the traditional wine stew group, Volume of 0.02 mL · g -1, the dosage of the latter three were 10 mL · kg -1, 3.75 and 3.75 g · kg -1, respectively. The effects of different methods on the blood-enrichment of Rehmannia glutinosa were comprehensively evaluated by whole blood peripheral blood, viscera index and serum erythropoietin (EPO) content. Results: Compared with the model group, the number of erythrocytes in each administration group was significantly increased (P <0.01); the integrated processing group produced more significant increase in white blood cells and hemoglobin (P <0.01), EPO (P (P <0.05), and the EPO (P <0.05) returned to the normal level. The integrated thymus index (P <0.01) ), The traditional wine stew group significantly increased the thymus index (P <0.05). Compared with the blank group, the indexes in the model group showed significant differences. CONCLUSION: Rehmanniae Decoction prepared by different methods has a certain effect of blood enrichment. Rehmanniae radix rehmanniae radix produced by the integrated processing group is slightly better than the traditional wine stewing group, and the processing technology has certain feasibility.
