La2CaB10O19(LCB)是一种性能优良的非线性光学晶体,通过顶部籽晶法生长出了较高质量的掺杂Dy3+离子的LCB晶体,尺寸为40mm×25mm×15mm,其中Dy3+离子的4F9/2-6 H13/2能级跃迁可以发射575nm的黄色激光,该激光有望在医学和生物检测研究等领域得到应用。通过对该晶体的b面进行摇摆曲线测量,得到其半峰全宽为16.2″。对Dy3+:LCB晶体的室温吸收光谱进行测量,并利用452nm波长的激光进行激发,测量荧光光谱,得到575nm处较强光谱峰,此波段荧光寿命为636μs。通过Judd-Ofelt理论计算了其光谱参数:唯象参数、吸收振子强度、自发辐射几率、吸收和发射截面和辐射寿命等。
La2CaB10O19 (LCB) is a kind of non-linear optical crystal with good performance. The LCB crystals doped with Dy3 + ions were grown by the top-seed method. The size of the LCB crystals was 40mm × 25mm × 15mm, in which 4F9 / 2 -6 H13 / 2 level transition can emit 575nm yellow laser, the laser is expected to be used in medical and biological detection research fields. By measuring the rocking curve of the b-plane of the crystal, the full width at half maximum of the crystal is 16.2 ".At room temperature absorption spectra of Dy3 +: LCB crystals were measured and excited using a 452 nm laser to measure the fluorescence spectrum, resulting in a 575 nm Strong spectral peak, the fluorescence lifetime of this band is 636μs.The spectral parameters are calculated by Judd-Ofelt theory: phenomenological parameters, absorption oscillator strength, spontaneous emission probability, absorption and emission cross section and radiation lifetime.
