本文用有限元法分析了钻机整体拖运时的钻机底座-地基系统,应用弹性地基梁及土力学基本原理,建立了钻机底座在匀速前进状态下的空间刚架计算模型,并讨论了在不同工况和载荷下的处理方法。应用上述方法,按照大庆地区的土壤条件进行实例计算,得出该条件下整拖时的摩擦系数和摩阻系数。本文还对整拖钻机底座的设计与使用提出了一些建议。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the rig base-foundation system when the whole rig is towed. Based on the principle of elastic foundation girder and soil mechanics, the calculation model of the rigid frame of the rig base under uniform heading is established. Handling conditions and under load. Applying the above method, according to the soil conditions in Daqing area, we calculated the friction coefficient and the friction coefficient of the whole dragging under this condition. This article also made some suggestions on the design and use of the entire drilling rig base.
