目的观察缬沙坦对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的预防和治疗作用。方法 30只S-D大鼠随机分为三组:正常组、模型组、缬沙坦组。每组10只。试验期为18W。正常组始终喂饲普通饲料;模型组前8W喂饲普通饲料+高胆固醇,后8W喂饲普通饲料;缬沙坦组前8W喂饲普通饲料+高胆固醇,后8W喂饲普通饲料+缬沙坦。实验期间测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-TC)含量以及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和清除脂质过氧化产物的酶起氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的含量。结果缬沙坦具有明显降低血中TC、TG、LDL、升高HDL以及减少脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量、提高超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活力、缩小已形成的动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。结论缬沙坦除具有降血脂,抗脂质过氧化预防动脉粥样硬化形成作用外,还对已形成的动脉粥样硬化斑块有清除治疗作用。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of valsartan on atherosclerosis (AS). Conclusion Valsartan not only has the function of lowering blood fat and anti-lipid peroxidation to prevent the formation of atherosclerosis, but also clearing away the formed atherosclerotic plaque.
