以绿色环保的稻壳灰为吸附剂负载氯磺酸制得固体酸催化剂,微波辅助下通过邻氨基苯硫酚和醛分子间的缩合反应“一锅法”制备得到2-取代苯并噻唑类化合物3a~3l,其结构经IR、1 H NMR和元素分析等测试技术加以确证;实验结果表明,酸预处理的稻壳高温煅烧后的稻壳灰能够有效负载经氯磺酸,在催化剂用量为8mol%,800 W功率下微波辐射反应5~15min,可制得到2-取代苯并噻唑目标化合物,合成收率为80%~95%,且该催化剂易于回收并反复使用。
Using green rice husk ash as adsorbent to load chlorosulfonic acid, a solid acid catalyst is obtained. The microwave-assisted condensation reaction of o-aminothiophenol and aldehyde molecules produces a 2-substituted benzo The structure of thiazoles 3a ~ 3l was confirmed by IR, 1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The experimental results showed that rice husk ash calcined at high temperature of rice husk with acid pretreatment could efficiently support chlorosulfonic acid, The amount of catalyst is 8mol% and the microwave irradiation is carried out at 800W for 5-15min to obtain the target compound of 2-substituted benzothiazole with the synthetic yield of 80% -95%. The catalyst can be easily recovered and reused.
