以硬脂酸钠(SST)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)为原料,采用溶液混合法制备了碳纳米管超疏水涂层。首先将硬脂酸钠与碳纳米管制备成分散溶液,然后过滤。硬脂酸钠可以和乙酸反应生成硬脂酸(STA),使得碳纳米管的表面附着上硬脂酸这种疏水物质。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察发现薄膜表面有类似于荷叶结构的微小凸起,通过接触角测试仪测得薄膜的接触角为162°,表现出良好的超疏水效果。这种制备超疏水材料的方法简单易行,可重复性好,在需要大面积使用超疏水涂层的领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Carbon nanotubes superhydrophobic coatings were prepared by solution mixing method using sodium stearate (SST) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) as raw materials. First, sodium stearate and carbon nanotubes were prepared as a dispersion solution, and then filtered. Sodium stearate can react with acetic acid to form stearic acid (STA) so that the surface of the carbon nanotubes is attached with a hydrophobic substance such as stearic acid. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation showed that the film surface has a lotus structure similar to the tiny protrusions, the contact angle of the film measured by a contact angle of 162 °, showing good superhydrophobic effect. The method for preparing the superhydrophobic material is simple and easy to operate with good repeatability and has broad application prospects in the field that requires the use of a superhydrophobic coating over a large area.
