目的:初步探索小鼠胃肠动力分型障碍模型。方法:对正常小鼠胃肠动力分析,以小鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率为指标分别建立小鼠胃肠动力评价标准,将小鼠胃肠动力分为抑制、稳定和亢进三种类型。采用综合造模法建立小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型,分别于造模2、4、6、8、10 d后处死小鼠,测定小鼠胃残留率和小肠推进率,确定小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型的造模时间,选择适合实验的小鼠胃肠动力模型评价指标。结果:正常小鼠胃肠动力标准建立:以胃残留率为标准建立模型评价,小鼠胃残留率在(60.00±15.86)%为稳定型,胃残留率在(98.39±2.71)%为抑制型,胃残留率在(21.86±9.13)%为亢进型;以小肠推进率为标准建立模型评价,小鼠胃残留率在(56.93±21.89)%为稳定型,胃残留率在(8.48±7.20)%为抑制型,胃残留率在(97.30±3.12)%为亢进型。建立小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型,以第2、4、6天作为小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型的造模时间,以小肠推进率为标准建立的模型评价作为小鼠胃肠动力障碍造模方法的评价方法。结论:正常小鼠中存在胃肠动力障碍问题,以胃残留率和小肠推进率为标准分别建立小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型评价标准,以小肠推进率为标准建立的模型评价作为小鼠胃肠动力障碍造模方法的评价方法。
Objective: To explore the model of gastrointestinal motility disorder in mice. Methods: The normal mice gastrointestinal motility analysis, mouse gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate as an index to establish mouse gastrointestinal motility evaluation criteria, the mouse gastrointestinal motility is divided into three types of inhibition, stability and hyperthyroidism . The animal model of gastrointestinal motility disorder was established by comprehensive modeling method. The mice were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 days after model making. The gastric residual rate and small intestine propulsion rate were determined and the gastrointestinal motility Obstructive model of modeling time, select suitable experimental mouse gastrointestinal motility model evaluation index. Results: The standard of gastrointestinal motility in normal mice was established. The rate of gastric residual was (60.00 ± 15.86)% in gastric mucosa. The gastric residual rate was (98.39 ± 2.71)% (21.86 ± 9.13)%, and the gastric residual rate was (56.93 ± 21.89)% stable in gastric mucosa. The gastric residual rate was (8.48 ± 7.20) % For the inhibition of gastric residual rate of (97.30 ± 3.12)% for the hyperthyroid type. The model of gastrointestinal motility disorder was established in mice. The mice model of gastrointestinal motility disorder was established on the 2nd, 4th, 6th day as the modeling time, The evaluation method. Conclusion: There are gastrointestinal motility disorders in normal mice. The gastric residual rate and small intestine propulsion rate were used as the standard to establish the evaluation criteria of gastrointestinal motility disorder model.
