采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)技术,对红鱼白属(Erythroculter)的翘嘴红鱼白(E.ill-shaeformis)、蒙古红鱼白(E.mongolicus)、青梢红鱼白(E.dabryi)成体的肝脏、骨骼肌、眼等几种组织器官中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、脂酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)和乙醇酸脱氢酶(ADH)共4种同工酶进行比较研究。结果表明:3种鱼白鱼的同种组织中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的酶谱相同,但在不同组织中表现出明显的组织特异性;只在肝组织中检出酯酶、过氧化物酶酶带,而乙醇脱氢酶仅在眼组织中检出弱的酶带。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analyze the genetic diversity of Erythroculter’s E.ill-shaeformis, E.mongolicus, Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), lipase (EST), peroxidase (POD) and glycolic acid dehydrogenase (ADH) in E. dabryi adult liver, skeletal muscle and eye tissues, A total of 4 isoenzymes were compared. The results showed that the enzymes of lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in the same species of the three species of white fish were the same, but showed obvious tissue specificity in different tissues. Only esterase, peroxide Enzyme band, and alcohol dehydrogenase only in the eye tissue detected weak bands.
