患者女、12岁、农村学生。因进食大量发芽马铃薯后头痛、腹痛2天,加重8小时伴晕厥、抽搐4次,于1982年2月1日下午5时40分急诊入院。患儿于入院前3天内,连续进食烧烤发芽马铃薯共约10余斤(未吃其他食物),2天前有头痛,轻微腹痛,入院前8小时起有恶心、频繁呕吐、呕吐物为所食马铃薯,服泻一次,伴抽搐,呼吸暂停4次。在某厂卫生所肌注阿托品无效。既往体健,无发烧、咽痛、关节疼痛史,无类似发作及晕厥史。体检:体温36℃,脉搏不清楚,呼吸40次/分,血压测不清。急性重危病容,神清,轻度脱水貌,面色青灰,唇发绀,四肢厥冷,双肺(-),心界不大,心率26次/分,心律不
