针对双容器多绳摩擦提升系统,采用无因次系数法,从防滑安全条件出发,将与防滑有着密切关系的静张力比,引入系统部件配置的分析和研究,得出双容器摩擦提升系统部件质量的4种数学模型,同时得出了双容器的最小自重和最小适用悬高,为优化系统配置和防滑,提供了简单、便捷、可靠地理论依据。
Aiming at the multi-rope friction hoisting system with double vessel, by means of dimensionless coefficient method, starting from anti-skid safety condition, the static tension ratio closely related to skid prevention is introduced into the analysis and research of system component configuration. Quality of the four kinds of mathematical models, at the same time reached the minimum self-double container and the minimum suitable height, in order to optimize the system configuration and non-slip, provides a simple, convenient and reliable theoretical basis.
