目的 :测定甘肃产五加中剌五加苷B、苷E的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,ODSKromasal柱。水 :乙晴 (95 :5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 2 2nm ,柱温度 2 5℃。结果 :本文可同时测定剌五加苷B、苷E的含量。剌五加苷B、苷E分别在 0 .0 6 4~ 0 .32 0 μg/ml;0 .0 74~ 0 .370 μg/ml范围内峰面积与浓度呈线性关系 ,平均回收率分别为 10 2 .5 % ,RSD =4.2 % ,95 .5 % ,RSD =4.6 %。结论 :剌五加苷B、苷E在红毛五加中含量最高 ;茎皮中含量最高 ;剌五加苷E的含量高于苷B
Objective: To determine the content of pentaglucoside B, glycoside E in Gansu Gorgon. Methods: High Performance Liquid Chromatography, ODSKromasal column. Water: B (95: 5) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 2222nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: In this paper, Sesquiidin B, glycoside E content can be determined simultaneously. Spartin glycosides B, glycosides E were 0. 064 ~ 0 .32 0 μg / ml; 0 .074 ~ 0 .370 μg / ml within the range of the peak area and the concentration was linear, the average recovery was 102.5%, RSD = 4.2%, 95.5%, RSD = 4.6%. CONCLUSION: Scutellarin B and glycoside E are most abundant in Radix anguillarum, and are the highest in stem bark. The content of Scutellarin E is higher than glycoside B
