以莫109-莫北转油站输油管线为例,通过对整个生产过程因设计原因导致的生产难题进行分析,并结合该站实际工艺,得出该管道正处于低输量运行状态;并根据该外输管道的实际输送工况,提出了掺水输送工艺的可行性;最后在保证平稳外输的前提下,通过实际探索和科学计算实现了最佳的外输参数,同时对工艺提出了合理的改造,对同类型的地面开发工程具有积极地借鉴意义。
