随着现代企业越来越细致的分工与专业化管理,对基层职工的专业知识、专业技能两方面要求都越来越高;高素质的人才创造高质量的业绩,这对企业发展的作用也越来越大。通过教育培训工作提高职工的专业知识和专业操作技能,是一项切实有效的措施,也是从企业内部员工中选拔人才的一个传统做法。因此,对基层企业职工的教育培训工作就显得意义重大,本文就目前基层企业职工教育培训工作做几点思考,希望能为相同类型的企业基层教育培训工作起到一些借鉴作用。
With the more and more detailed division of labor and professional management of modern enterprises, the requirements of professional knowledge and professional skills of grass-roots workers are increasingly high in both respects. The high-quality talents create high-quality performance, which also plays a role in the development of enterprises getting bigger. It is a practical and effective measure to improve employees’ professional knowledge and professional operation skills through education and training work. It is also a traditional practice of selecting qualified personnel from among internal employees. Therefore, it is of great significance to educate and train grassroots workers in this field. In this paper, some thinking is made on the present work of workers’ education and training in grassroots enterprises, hoping to provide reference for the same type of grassroots education and training work.
