(牙合)架是制作全口义齿和复杂局部可摘义齿的必备器械。(牙合)架问世已百余年,种类多样,有简有繁。但无论何种(牙合)架,固定模型的方法只有一种,即靠调拌石膏固定。此法虽然效果肯定,可是石膏消耗量大,石膏膨胀易引起误差,操作步骤多;从(牙合)架上拆卸模型又费时费力,易损坏模型和架环。为克服上述缺点,我们研制成功一种不用石膏的机械固位式(牙合)架(见插页附图)。
(Occlusal) frame is the production of complete dentures and complex local removable denture essential equipment. But no matter what kind of (occlusal) frame, the method of fixing the model is only one, that is, by mixing gypsum fixed. Although this method is effective, but the gypsum consumption, gypsum prone to error caused by expansion, the number of steps; remove the model from the (occlusal) rack and time-consuming, easy to damage the model and the ring. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, we successfully developed a plaster-free mechanical retention system (see inset drawing).
