中等职业教育担负着培养高素质劳动者这一艰巨的历史重任,是全面推进素质教育,提高国民素质,增强综合国力的重要力量。社会发展,竞争加剧,中职学生的心理健康问题日益突出,这些问题制约了中等职业教育的健康发展,影响了高素质劳动者的培养。文章结合中职学生的身心发展特点和历史学科的优势,探讨如何在历史教学中渗透心理素质教育,提高学生的心理素质,为现代化建设培养高素质劳动者。
Secondary vocational education shoulders the arduous historical task of cultivating high-quality laborers and is an important force for promoting quality education, improving the quality of the people and enhancing the overall national strength. The social development and competition intensify, and the mental health problems of secondary vocational students become increasingly prominent. These problems restrict the healthy development of secondary vocational education and affect the cultivation of high-quality laborers. Combining the characteristics of physical and mental development of secondary vocational students and the advantages of historical subjects, this article discusses how to infiltrate psychological quality education in history teaching, improve students’ psychological quality and train high-quality laborers for the modernization.
