对沉铁渣及其相关渣型物化性质进行了实验研究,确定了最优渣型,获得了最优工艺条件。结果表明,在钙硅比为0.75、不外加二氧化硅、熔炼温度1 250℃、反应时间1 h,沉铁渣与焦粉的重量比为2.8、渣料含水小于10%、渣料粒度控制在10~120目区间等优化工艺条件下,铅锌的平均挥发率分别为96.39%和97.06%。
The physical and chemical properties of the iron slag and its associated slag were studied experimentally, and the optimal slag type was determined. The optimum technological conditions were obtained. The results show that the weight ratio of iron slag to coke powder is 2.8 and the slag content is less than 10% when the ratio of calcium to silicon is 0.75, without adding silica, the melting temperature is 1,250 ℃ and the reaction time is 1 h. Under the optimized conditions of 10 ~ 120 meshes, the average volatilization rates of lead and zinc were 96.39% and 97.06% respectively.
