学生之间是存在较大差距的,在智力上,农村学校的学生差距更大。这些差异性导致了学生们的学习结果也大相径庭。可是,目前学校和教师大都是采用“一刀切”的教学方法 ,这不但不利于学生们有效学习,而且产生学生厌学等负面影响。分层式教学能较好地调动各层次学生的学习积极性,使学生乐于学习、学有所获。 There is a big gap between students, and intellectually, the gap between students in rural schools is even greater. These differences lead to very different results of the students’ learning. However, most schools and teachers adopt “one-size-fits-all” teaching methods at present, which is not only unfavorable to students ’effective learning but also negatively influences students’ weariness of learning. Hierarchical teaching can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students at all levels to make students happy to learn, learn.
