本文报道了褐藻淀粉硫酸酯(40mg/kg,ip)对异丙肾上腺素(5mg/kg,ip)导致的实验性大鼠心率加快及心电图J点位移均有改善作用。从心脏微血管的形态学观察,表明褐藻淀粉硫酸酯可改善由异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌血循环障碍。观察心肌组织切片,显示本品具防治由异丙肾上腺素诱发的大鼠心肌坏死的作用。
This article reported that the effect of brown algae starch sulfate (40 mg/kg, ip) on isoproterenol (5 mg/kg, ip) induced experimental rat heart rate and J-point electrocardiogram displacement were improved. From the morphological observation of cardiac microvessels, it was shown that brown algae starch sulfate can improve myocardial blood circulation disorders caused by isoproterenol. Observation of myocardial tissue sections showed that this product had the effect of preventing myocardial necrosis induced by isoproterenol in rats.
