1979年以来,企业中实行了单项奖制度,这对于打破平均主义、大锅饭,调动职工群众的积极性,搞好企业中某些单项工作起到了积极的作用。但是,目前企业中单项奖名目繁多,奖出多门,难以管理。在一定程度上加剧了消费基金膨胀,无助于解决分配不公和不正之风。如果不采取果断措施,认真清理整顿单项奖,加强管理,那么,单项奖的积极作用就有可能被目前出现的问题产生的消极作用所抵消。对此,有关部门应引起注意。
Since 1979, the single award system has been implemented in enterprises, which has played a positive role in breaking the egalitarianism, big pots, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the workers and the masses, and improving some of the individual work in enterprises. However, at present, there are many individual awards in the enterprise, many awards are given, and it is difficult to manage. To a certain extent, exacerbating the inflation of consumer funds will not help to solve the unfair distribution and unhealthy tendencies. If we take no decisive measures to seriously clean-up and reorganize individual awards and strengthen management, the positive effects of individual awards may be offset by the negative effects of the problems now emerging. In this regard, the relevant departments should draw attention.
