当前,河北港口集团正处在转型发展的关键时期,各项改革措施正在逐步推行,而各项工作责任能否落实,措施是否到位、突出问题能否得到解决,关键还是要看中层干部。中层干部队伍的素质如何、能力高低、作风好坏,是改革的关键。因此,如何加强中层干部思想建设、能力建设和作风建设,造就一支有激情、有能力、真正干事的中层干部队伍是当前亟待解决的问题。
At present, Hebei Port Group is in a critical period of transformation and development. All the reform measures are being implemented gradually. Whether the various responsibilities for the work can be implemented or not, whether the measures are in place and whether the problems can be solved, the key lies in the middle-level cadres. The quality of mid-level cadres, ability level, style of work is good or bad, is the key to reform. Therefore, it is an urgent issue that how to strengthen middle-level cadres’ ideological building, capacity building and work style building and create a middle-level cadre team with passion, ability and true director.
