钒钛矿的冶炼

国外冶炼钒铁磁铁矿时,为了获得含硫合格的含钒生铁,基本上都采用酸性渣0.8~1.0的碱度、低炉温生铁含Si0.3~0.4%,较高的渣量1~1.2吨/吨铁,控制炉渣TiO_2含量不大于14~15%。当渣中TiO_2含量高于15%以上时,除采用特殊措施,炉料中加碱金属的氧化物外,都没有获得成功。东北工学院在实验室进行了试验,并协同马鞍山钢铁公司等单位进行了工业性试验,提出了高碱度、适宜的炉温、低渣量、低焦比的冶炼制度,试验效果很好,既保证了含硫合格的含钒生铁,又使生铁中钒的回收率提高了。根据实验室的研究结果认为:渣中TiO_2含量变化对炉渣脱硫效率影响不大,而主要决定于炉渣碱度和渣中 Foreign smelting vanadium iron magnetite, in order to obtain sulfur-containing vanadium-bearing pig iron, basically use acidic alkalinity of 0.8 to 1.0, low temperature pig iron containing Si0.3 ~ 0.4%, a higher amount of slag 1 ~ 1.2 tons / ton of iron, control slag TiO 2 content of not more than 14 ~ 15%.
