白血病前期(白前)系指在白血病确诊之前,临床及血液学表现异常的一组综合征。近年来有关白前的报告逐日增多。我们遇到一例辐射所致呈再障表现,后发展为急性粒细胞型白血病的白前病例,较为特殊,现报告如下。患者×××,男,44岁,贵州人,技术员,住院号94291。因头昏乏力,面色发黄,间歇性鼻衄、皮肤紫癜14年,于1977年10月13日以再障之诊断收住院,患者于1960—1962年期间曾密切接触钴及镭。从1963年开始,常有鼻衄、龈衄、皮肤紫癜。1965年一次因鼻衄 Pre-leukemia (white pre-) refers to a group of syndromes with abnormal clinical and hematologic manifestations before the diagnosis of leukemia.
