中国文化生产出现“结构性过剩”由中国社会科学院文化研究中心、国家行政学院社会和文化教研部等机构联合主编的《中国文化产业供需协调增长测评报告(2014)》文化蓝皮书近日在北京发布。蓝皮书指出,从2004年至2012年,中国文化产值比(文化产业增加值总量占国民生产总值总量的比重)由2.15%提升至3.48%,同期全国城乡居民文化消费率(文化消费总量占国民生产总值总量的比重)却由2.76%下降到2.20%。两项比值的历年增长曲线构成“剪刀差”。
