The quality of liquor products generally depends on whether their technical requirements meet the required standards. Standards can be divided into national standards, industry standards, and corporate standards. The first two standards can be divided into mandatory standards and recommended standards. However, no matter what kind of standards companies use, their technical requirements are: sensory, physical and chemical and health indicators. Among the three categories of indicators, physicochemical and hygienic indicators can be detected and quantified according to the test methods specified in the national standard GB10345-89.
