于小鼠腹腔接种RH株弓形虫速殖子后2h开始,采用乙胺嘧啶和复方磺胺甲口恶唑联合疗法持续治疗52天,然后用PCR与小鼠接种法检测小鼠脑和脾脏中的弓形虫。结果显示:PCR与小鼠接种法的检出率分别为63.64%和18.18%(P<0.05)。提示PCR在抗弓形虫药物筛选与疗效考核的体内试验中具有较大应用价值;使用上述两药联合治疗弓形虫病应有足够长的疗程。
The mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with RH strain Toxoplasma gondii 2h after the start of treatment with pyrimethamine and sulfamethoxazole combination therapy for 52 days, then PCR and mouse inoculation method to detect the mouse brain and spleen Toxoplasma. The results showed that the detection rates of PCR and inoculation were 63.64% and 18.18% respectively (P <0.05). Tip PCR in anti-Toxoplasma drug screening and efficacy evaluation of in vivo test has great value; the use of these two drugs should be treated with toxoplasmosis long enough course of treatment.
