用裂纹柔度法对45钢调质喷丸试样的残余应力大小及分布进行了测量,并将其测试结果与结合电解抛光技术的X射线法测得结果进行了对比。结果表明,裂纹柔度法测得距喷丸表面300μm深处的残余压应力为471 MPa,残余压应力场深为900μm;X射线法测得的最大残余压应力在近表层120μm处,为446 MPa,残余压应力场深为820μm;在可比较深度范围内,两种测试法获得的残余应力具有相同变化趋势,且数值大小也接近。
The residual stress of 45 steel quenched and tempered shot peening specimens was measured by crack flexibility method. The results were compared with those obtained by the X-ray method combined with electrolytic polishing technique. The results show that the residual compressive stress at depth of 300 μm from the shot peening surface is 471 MPa and the residual compressive stress field is 900 μm. The maximum residual compressive stress measured by X-ray method is 446 MPa, and the residual compressive stress field is 820μm deep. In the comparatively deep range, the residual stress obtained by the two test methods has the same trend and the numerical values are also close.
