1试验目的依据《农作物种子检验规程》,在规定的检验室条件下,摸索最适宜的辣椒种子发芽试验方法,以保证出具的检验数据和结果公正、科学、准确。试验材料辣椒(大牛角品种)和甜椒(曼迪品种)两类。3试验处理纸间、纸上和沙床,30℃和20~30℃,不同发芽前的处理:浸种和未浸种。4试验方法辣椒种皮通气性较差,且内含种子萌发的抑制物质,种子发芽较困难。因此,发芽试验前须进行热水烫种清洗浸种处理,将辣椒素及影响发芽的抑制物质充分
