从公司第一次企业文化工作会议召开至今,已经整整两年时间了。两年来,特别是2002年以来,我们公司的企业文化建设取得了长足的进步。从1999年重组改制以来,经过短短两三年的努力,在股份公司的关怀、指导和胡总经理的亲自倡导与精心培育下,我们对什么是企业文化、怎样建设长庆特色的企业文化,思想认识更深入了,行动更自觉了,取得的实际效果也更显著了。这为我们进一步推动企业文化建设深入发展积累了宝贵的经验,奠定了一个良好的基础。
