今年5月四川石油管理局先后在川西北矿区和川东钻探公司对塑料球作为钻井泥浆润滑剂进行了现场工艺性试验。试验结果表明:无论在定向斜井、超深井、或轻泥浆、重泥浆中使用塑料球对降低摩阻、扭矩、防止泥饼粘附卡钻均收到明显的效果。中48定向斜井在井深1592米以下井段使用塑料球,使钻具扭矩下降33～66％,摩阻下降23～40％,平均机械钻速提高35.26％。该井在井斜56°、水平
In May of this year, Sichuan Petroleum Administration conducted field craftwork experiments on plastic ball as drilling mud lubricant successively in Sichuan Northwest Mining Area and East Sichuan Drilling Company. The experimental results show that using plastic balls in directional inclined wells, ultra-deep wells, or light muds and heavy muds has obvious effect on reducing friction and torque and preventing sticking of mud cake. The use of plastic balls in well sections with a depth of 1592 meters in the directional well of middle 48 reduced the torque of drilling tools by 33-66%, decreased the friction resistance by 23-40% and increased the average penetration rate by 35.26%.
