目的:探讨nm23H1基因蛋白表达与脑转移瘤发生及预后的关系。方法:用nm23H1单克隆抗体对52例肺癌患者手术切除的78例标本进行免疫组织化学染色(SP法)。结果:在肺癌中,nm23H1蛋白表达与脑转移瘤的发生有关(P<005);而与预后无关(P>005)。结论:原发肿瘤中nm23H1表达下降对脑转移瘤的发生具有重要作用,检测肺癌组织中nm23H1蛋白表达水平可能是预测肺癌脑转移的指标之一;但可能对预测脑转移瘤预后没有价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between nm23 H1 gene protein expression and the occurrence and prognosis of brain metastases. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining (SP method) was performed on 78 cases of 52 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical resection with nm23-H1 monoclonal antibody. Results: The expression of nm23 H1 in lung cancer was related to the occurrence of brain metastases (P <005), but not to the prognosis (P> 005). Conclusion: The decreased expression of nm23 H1 in primary tumors plays an important role in the development of brain metastases. Detecting the expression of nm23 H1 protein in lung cancer may be one of the predictors of brain metastases in lung cancer. However, it is possible to predict the prognosis of brain metastases no value.
