赖氨酸月桂基酯(赖脂)对小鼠经腹腔注射的急性毒性作用为:①赖酯生理盐水溶液的LD_(50)为85.67mg/kg,最大耐受量为24mg/kg,绝对致死量为187mg/kg。②小鼠中毒死亡(死于呼吸衰竭)最早发生在注射后2.5小时。③光镜下,肝细胞和肾小管上皮细胞出现浊肿、水样变性,部分肝细胞胞质疏松化,有的呈气球样变,肝、肾微循环血管淤血。电镜下,肝细胞线粒体有不同程度的肿胀及嵴消失,糖原颗粒减少、内质网轻度扩张、膜傍核蛋白体部分脱落。④86mg/kg组小鼠第10天平均体重与本组注射前相比未增长。55mg/kg以下各组及对照组第10天平均体重有明显增长。⑤赖酯的毒性效应似呈剂量-反应关系。
The acute toxic effect of lysine lauryl ester (lipid) on mice by intraperitoneal injection was as follows: The LD 50 of the physiological saline solution of lysine ester was 85.67 mg/kg, and the maximum tolerated dose was 24 mg/kg, which was absolutely fatal. The amount is 187 mg/kg. 2 The death of mouse poisoning (died of respiratory failure) first occurred 2.5 hours after injection. Under light microscope, hepatocytes and renal tubular epithelial cells appeared edema, watery degeneration, cytoplasmic loosening of some hepatocytes, ballooning of some hepatocytes, microvascular hemostasis of liver and kidney. Under electron microscope, the mitochondria of hepatocytes have different degrees of swelling and phlegm disappearance, glycogen granules are reduced, endoplasmic reticulum is slightly expanded, and membrane pricket protein body partially falls off. The average body weight of the 486 mg/kg mice on the 10th day did not increase compared with that before the injection in this group. The body weight of each group below 55 mg/kg and the control group had a significant increase on the 10th day. The toxicity of 5-lysine appears to be a dose-response relationship.
