现如今,我们已经步入全民健身时代,在生活条件日趋优越的今天,健康得到了人们更多关注的目光,而运动,成为了人们向健康进军的主要途径。在运动大军中,老年人占据了很大一部分。然而,很多热爱运动的老年人因为不合理的锻炼而受伤。老年人应该如何选择运动的种类,应该怎么样合理安排运动量,在运动中应该有哪些注意事项呢?这些可能都是老年人日常关注的,或者是平时未曾留意到的问题,老年人应该如何科学的运动来达到锻炼身体的目的呢?
