作者结合文献复习时11例膀胱旁缝线肉芽肿的诊断和治疗进行探讨。本病是发生于疝术后几个月至11年的少见并发症。11例中10例曾行腹股沟疝修补术,表现有泌尿系统症状,腹部可触及肿物:1例行股疝修补术。7例临床诊为恶性肿瘤。患者均行膀胱镜检查,膀胱镜示膀胱肿物,局限性炎症,亦可有乳头状溃疡。9例行活组织检查,其中2例为正常组织,7例仅为炎症改变。大多数患者均有用丝线结扎 The authors combined with the literature review of 11 cases of bladder suture granuloma diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
