对某置换通风焊接整体厂房进行了气流组织试验,在正常工况下测试了温湿度、臭氧浓度、室内压强、室内风速、送风风速、回风口风速等数据,并将流速分布与数值模拟计算的流场结果进行了对比。试验发现该厂房采用置换通风方式温湿度分布均匀,臭氧浓度、室内压强、工作区风速均达到设计要求,且采用CFD方法模拟计算出的结果可以反映出真实的流速分布。
The air flow organization test was conducted on a displacement ventilation and welding overall plant. The data of temperature and humidity, ozone concentration, indoor pressure, indoor wind speed, supply air speed and return air speed were tested under normal operating conditions. The distribution of flow rate and numerical simulation The flow field results were compared. It was found that the plant adopted the method of displacement ventilation to distribute the temperature and humidity uniformly, and the ozone concentration, indoor pressure and working area wind speed all reach the design requirements. The CFD simulation results can reflect the true flow velocity distribution.
