中国经济的发展进入新常态,产业结构的升级和企业国际化进程能否顺利实现,是当下值得关注的话题。日本在经济高速发展的时期同样经历了企业国际化的过程,其经验和教训值得中国企业特别是中国饭店业的借鉴。文章探讨了日本企业国际化的路径和经验,并着重分析了日本饭店业国际化的历程和面对的诸如本地化、投资过热风险等问题,为中国饭店业“走出去”并实现企业跨国发展、全球布局和品牌提升提供借鉴和警示。
The development of China’s economy has entered a new normal. Whether the upgrading of industrial structure and the internationalization of enterprises can be smoothly realized is a topic of immediate concern. During the period of rapid economic development, Japan also experienced the process of enterprise internationalization. Its experience and lessons deserve the reference of Chinese enterprises, especially the Chinese hotel industry. The paper discusses the path and experience of Japanese enterprises in their internationalization and analyzes the course of internationalization of Japanese hotel industry and the problems such as localization and risk of investment overheating. Cross-border development, global distribution and brand promotion to provide reference and warning.
